IT’S AN HONOUR TO SHARE JESUS

(July 23, 2024) David McGuire from England has been called The Missionary Builder With The Camera. He often conveys reports to readers with his camera, not a lot of words! Below he updates us…

Just a few photos this month… we’ve been busy locally in Romania — and my heart still cares for troubled Ukrainians, especially Christian brothers and sisters up there who need natural food supplies as well as spiritual.

Praise God for Romanian Christians who are still willing to assist troubled Ukrainians. We delight in honouring our Saviour’s expectations to ‘love your neighbour’ (Matthew 22:37–39) and ‘make disciples’ (Matthew 28:18-20).

Caring for Refugees in Ukraine
Each time the team goes to Ukraine we have the opportunity and honour to share and pray for people… such as the 250 below. These are Ukrainian refugees within their own country who have fled to the west from the east.

They attended a church meeting in Chernovitz where I was privileged to share God’s word and have time to pray for many of them.

Holy Spirit Ministering
I and others here thank the Lord Jesus for all His grace and provision to serve the poor and oppressed and bring the gospel’s good news.

We have had the chance now to go several times up to Ukraine with food and share the gospel of Jesus. Also ministering at outreaches, conferences, church and outdoor meetings with signs and wonders following the preaching of the gospel.

Hallelujah that the Holy Spirit ministers healings, salvations and deliverance to many whom we meet at each place we go, both here in Ukraine and here in Romania.

A Busy Ministry Season
Ministry has expanded into new spheres and blessing new areas by God’s goodness. We’ve had teams from Poland, Holland, Stockport England and Germany stepping out in faith evangelising equipped in the word of God and the power of His Holy Spirit.

A full summer was planned with other missionary trips to Ukraine, north and Romania outreaching with the gospel to the poor and needy, and not only with the gospel but with needed food. Overall we were equipping the saints with natural and spiritual food.

We have a team coming from America and also from Holland as well. And… other teams are asking to join us.

Supplying Food
Not only does the faithful team regularly send or bring needed food to Ukraine and help distribute it, we also supply food to Ukrainian  refugees here in Romania.

On the spiritual side, I have been able to teach at two YWAM sites in Romania this year and in a Bible school in north Romania.

  • A visiting team helped us share hotdogs and drinks to the poor here in Romania. Helping others in this needy way enables us to evangelise the gospel to lost souls as well as saints.

Collecting an Escaping Family
This snap below is about when I travelled this year up through the former Soviet republic of Moldova into Ukraine to collect a father to some auphabage kids (orphans) he had adopted and wanted them all to escape the war.

By God’s grace I was able to transport this family down from Ukraine to Romania to a new life in the Christian community in Sighișoara (Some 840 km and 14 hours each way).

Prayer Requested
Keep us in prayer and please email any thoughts from the Lord you might have to encourage us. We thank you for supporting us in prayer and all your practical ways you keep us supported in God’s work.

It is a privilege, an honour to share the gospel of Jesus! Blessings from us!____________________________________________
