GUARDIANSHIP — SEVEN SECRETS OF YOUR BLESSED FUTURE

(October 08, 2025) Angeline Selvakumari shares solidly from many scriptures…

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

I trust and hope you are doing well by God’s grace. Some of us may not feel at our best right now, but reading this important article is an encouraging  step of faith. Remember— God is still in control. It is not over until He says it is over.

For the past few weeks, the phrase ‘Guard yourself’ has been constantly on my heart. I began to study and reflect on it, and I would like to share some of those thoughts with you.

The Bible teaches us to guard ourselves. To guard means to protect, to be alert, cautious, and aware of what is happening around us. Let us look at a few important areas where we must guard ourselves.

GOT DIFFICULTY TRUSTING GOD?

(May 29, 2025) Robert and Maureen McQuillan encourage troubled hearts…

Well… be comforted in that you’re not the only one! Recently we’ve encouraging a number of believers to hang in there and not give their faith away just because they’re going through some rough times.

We also reminded them that for some three years Satan, our great enemy, has been spreading a cunning spirit of deception among us— and that sadly some have fallen for his trickery.

Then we stun them by challenging them to know that God hasn’t finished trusting them! Yes, you may be finding it difficult to trust God but He hasn’t turned His back on you! Know it… believe it with your mind… and heart!

And know also that if God is to trust us, He may allow us to be challenged in some way— even by Himself— as happened with some biblical individuals.

A DANGEROUS PRAYER

(January 15, 2023) Richard Winter ‘cuts to the chase’!

Many people like to get straight to the chase… I’m sure you have heard the following:

  • ‘Just give me the facts.’
  • ‘Don’t waffle around.’
  • ‘Just give it to me straight.’
  • ‘Don’t beat around the bush.’

Talk about cutting to the chase. Well here’s another one that does just that – somewhat longer, and of all things a prayer, a very dangerous prayer! It’s a fact… and there’s no waffling, no beating around the bush. I’m giving it to you straight!

It’s my personal prayer – and it could become yours. Goes like this…

‘Heavenly Father, as hard as this is for me, I am asking you to search asking you to search me. Search me, God, and know my heart. God, test my motives. Reveal to me my anxious thoughts. Show me anything in me that offends you. God, I want to see in me what you see in me, so I can become more like Jesus. God, I ask you to search me.’

A dangerous prayer
In fact, if you ask my opinion, most people’s prayers are way too safe!
